- A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the automatic confirmation and/or the required payment (credit card, deposit, or other methods indicated at the time of booking).
- Specific payment and cancellation conditions (refundable / non-refundable, cancellation deadlines, penalties) are detailed in the booking summary prior to confirmation and form an integral part of these terms.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the booked dates, the total amount of the stay may still be due in accordance with the selected rate conditions.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or common areas beyond normal wear and tear; any repair or replacement costs may be charged.
- By completing the booking, guests declare that they have read and accepted the house rules and the above terms and conditions.
